If you are a teen, you are probably wondering where you can earn some extra money. Even if you do not want to stop sponging of mom and dad, you can always use little more cash, right? Well, here are three really easy jobs that just about any teen can do to earn some extra money:
1. Shovel Snow / Mow Lawns. Depending on the season, all it takes is knocking on a couple doors to see if the homeowners want a little assistance with their yards. Sometimes getting a regular job mowing laws can be a little harder, but in the winter after a big snow, most people are willing to pay instead of braving the cold. Shovel their driveways and walks, and make a few easy dollars – and all that's needed is a shovel.
2. Cleaning service. Although it may really stink to do chores at home, getting paid to do them is quite a different story. Offer your services to neighbors, and friend parents – or put a notice up on your church or local bulletin board. You may be surprised how many people will be willing to pay you pretty decently for a few hours of work.
3. Take paid surveys. Many teens do not realize that people as young as 13 years old can sign up for their own accounts for paid surveys and research companies. Companies really want the opinions of teens, and they are willing to pay with cash, sweepstakes and merchandise. You will not get rich doing it, but paid surveys are the easiest money you will ever make, and you can do it whenever you want, right on your computer at home.
It's really simple to find ways to earn money, and still be able go to school and have fun too! Get creative and you will find there are plenty of things you can do to earn a little extra cash.
